STREAMLINE & PREMIUM

From October, Floorplanit will offer two product types: Streamline and Premium. Both products will be generated as A4 landscape documents containing both floorplan and siteplan.

Streamline 
  • Internal floorplan with key measurements
  • Position of property on site plan with aspect and major areas identified
Premium
  • Internal floorplan with key measurements, including extra detail such as kitchen appliances, robe, storage and cupboard door orientation, skylights, built in shelving, car imagery in garages
  • Position of property on site plan with aspect, including extra detail such as key trees and plants, minor exterior surfaces such as pavers, pebbles, garden beds, and extra parking highlighted with cars/boats

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

GET IN TOUCH - contact us to arrange a time for the team to measure the property

MEASURE UP - the property gets measured up by Floorplanit (1-3 hours)

FLOORPLAN PROCESSED - the floorplan is generallyprocessed within 48 hours and checked twice internally by Floorplanit

EMAILED FOR APPROVAL - it is then emailed to you for immediate approval

UPDATED (IF REQUIRED) - any changes are updated by Floorplanit's Design Team

FINAL FLOORPLAN PROVIDED - the final floorplan is provided in PDG, JPG and GIF formats to cover all marketing needs
